When and where is Learn to Win?
Learn to Win 2027 will take place on Friday 16 October 2026 at the Manufacturing Technology Centre (MTC) in Coventry, further details and directions are available.
Who can attend?
Learn to Win is open to all Formula Student teams, including new and returning students, team leaders, faculty advisors, and students working across the technical, business and competition disciplines.
How many team members can attend?

How do the one-to-one sessions work?
Teams indicate the areas they would like to discuss when they register. These preferences are then used to build the team's timetable, subject to availability.
Are my preferred sessions guaranteed?
We will do our best to accommodate your preferences, but one-to-one sessions are subject to availability.
When will the full programme be available?
The programme will be published progressively as speakers, sessions, and workshops are confirmed.
How do we pay?
Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received.
Where can I find information about the IMechE financial awards?
Learn to Win will include a dedicated session on the financial awards and the application process. Further information will be provided as the programme is confirmed.
